Host of The Straight Talk Diva - https://www.facebook.com/thestraighttalkdiva

Kyle Roach, known professionally as The Straight Talk Diva, is originally from East Liverpool, Ohio.  After relocating to San Jose, she acquired her Associates of Applied Science degree in Business Administration.  With years of experience working in the corporate world of Human Resources, she uses an unmatched level of dedication to now empower women.  Throughout her life, Kyle has faced various roadblocks such as unhealthy relationships, financial hardships, and even issues with her career choice.  During these setbacks, other women served as her guiding light to see things a bit differently, shifting her mindset.  Realizing her own potential to serve the same purpose, she discovered it was her calling to become a Transitional Clarity Coach.  Always encouraging, her expertise falls into the space of teaching women to identify their feelings, find clarity and move forward after traumatic events.  While doing so, she guides them in overcoming barriers that hold them back,  helping them establish or reestablish their strength, confidence and self-assurance.

Alongside her work as coach, Kyle also serves as author of "Decode Your Detiny: Live Your purpose and accept Nothing Less".   through her book, she hopes to teach women to ask themselves the important questions that will lead them to motivation and accomplishing goals.  Most importantly, in times of transition, it is her mission to help women collect the missing pieces of their lives, becoming the whole, productive and happy individual the deserve to be.
